Disha Modi is a Certified Health & Wellness Coach dedicated to helping individuals build a healthier, more balanced life through simple, sustainable practices. She is also the Co-Founder of Terra Sana, a wellness retreat experience rooted in mindfulness, movement, and nourishment.
Her work has expanded to support not only adults, but also children and young adults, recognizing a growing need to help the next generation develop the tools to navigate an increasingly fast-paced and demanding world.

CERTIFICATIONS
She holds a Master’s degree in Biochemical Engineering from University College London and spent several years in Consumer Goods Consulting, specializing in the global food supply system. This experience gave her a unique understanding of how modern environments influence our health, habits, and behavior.
She holds certifications in Menopause Health, Harvard Nutrition, and Clarity Catalyst, and is passionate about helping people of all ages build habits that feel achievable, aligned, and sustainable, because lasting change doesn’t come from doing everything perfectly, but from
consistently doing what works.
A TURNING POINT
Her path into coaching was shaped most profoundly during her recovery from Mucha-Habermann disease. While receiving extensive medical and nutritional guidance, she experienced firsthand how overwhelming it can be to translate that information into everyday life.
That moment revealed a critical gap, many people know what they should do, but struggle with how to actually implement it.

That gap is even more pronounced in today’s younger generation.
Children and teens are growing up in a world of constant stimulation, social pressure, and high expectations, often without the tools to process their emotions, manage stress, or build a strong sense of self.
Through her work, Disha helps young individuals develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, confidence, and clarity, skills that are foundational not just for health, but for life.
Using a structured yet supportive approach through programs like Clarity Catalyst, she creates a safe, non-judgmental space where children can better understand themselves, express their thoughts, and begin to make more intentional choices.
At the same time, she partners with parents, helping them better support their children without pressure or overwhelm.
